Dr. Moll was so wonderful. This was my first root canal and he explained everything. He also followed up the next day to see how I was doing. If I have to have another procedure I will be calling them.
I received a warm greeting from Shelley as I entered the office, followed by an equally warm greeting from Dr. Moll. Without being patronizing, he explained the procedure and was clear that he wasn’t certain what he would find once he began. I appreciated his transparency. He was very caring throughout the procedure, and I appreciated his explanations as he went along. I will certainly return when I need another root canal!
Dr. Moll was welcoming, friendly and throughly explained the procedure. Once I was numbed up I felt no pain at all in what apparently was a bit of a tricky root canal (small mouth/ crooked roots). The assistants were great as well. All in all a good experience.
Dr. Moll and Ellie were great. I had a root canal done and it was easier than getting a cavity filled. I was kept informed during the process and by the next day could not even tell anything had been done. Wonderful work.
