State police busted me for DWI. After hearing Dan on the radio I knew what not to do. He got my charge dismissed.
Arrested for DWI after having a couple drinks while out. The cop said I failed the field sobriety tests. I was told to always refuse the breath test so I did that. A dwi conviction would have cost me my job. Another lawyer told me to just plead guilty to the minimums. I hired Attorney Hynes, went to trial, and was found not guilty. He even cost a little less than the other lawyer who quoted me $5000.
Got my dwi reduced to wreckles.
I was facing losing my license for a long time if convicted of dwi since I would be a habitual offender. We had to go to trial and I needed a good lawyer with trial experience. I knew it would be difficult to be found not guilty but knew Dan could give me the best chance. I was so thankful when the judge found be not guilty after we won at trial.
