Service is still pretty good, but it seemed like it was better when it was still N.H. Bragg. It also seems like Braggs had more of a selection of items on hand.
No longer Rexal. Now Horizon Solutions. A power tool and equipment sales retail store.
Slow service and poor customer service in general.
Do not take anything here for repair. Despite being an authorized service center and the tool I brought in being under warranty, they said they would charge $75 if they took the tool apart and nothing was wrong with it. Also claimed that they cannot repair any tools that were bought online. I called the manufacturer and they said both of these are incorrect, and that this business is not following the guidelines of an authorized service center.
