They were very good installing AC fast and good. They did very good job.Both guys were respectable talk very well politely. They were friendly and smiling
My technician Alex was awesome - professional, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. They did everything they said and there were no hidden fees and no sneaky upsells. Highly recommend!

Overall, N.G.Y Air Duct did a good jib of cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent. They provided over 30 photos of the duct before and after pictures which shows proof of all the dirt and debris cleaned out. Also, I like the one price covering all vents and ducts as this eliminated a lot of potential issues of extra costs. They has stated upfront about optional services so it is your choice to add-on anything or not. The service cost was very reasonable. The technician was polite and easy to work with. Keep up the good work!
Job well done. Both technicians were friendly and professional. They were running late & had the courtesy to call and advise of such. Upon arrival they explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. Very efficient as a team. Fairly priced, did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.
