We are out done and VERY DISAPPOINTED in Mr. Nguyen!!! We have had him work on our vehicle in the past and he did a great job. I trusted Mr. Nguyen. My husband brought his 1995 GMC SIERRA to have Mr. Nguyen look at it to have the motor and AC replaced. Mr Nguyen said he can do it and he knew it was a BIG JOB!!! He said he could do it and told us$4000 cash we said ok. He assured us he could do the job. We took him at his word that he would complete the job. Mr.Nguyen has over 45 years’ auto repair experience. He is very honest, straightforward and warm-hearted mechanic. He replaced the spark plugs and ignition coils on my car.
VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! I CALLED AND ASKED THE GUY ABOUT MY CAR AND HE WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT IT SAYING HE DONT FIX OLD CARS AND HAD A BAD ATTITUDE AND TOLD ME GOODBYE AND HUNG UP! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN
