I saw Dr. Nguyen yesterday as my new PCP at the recommendation of my previous PCP. I am so glad I did. I was so easily put at ease upon arriving at the Office, Ms. Dixie, his Office Manager was wonderful. She was very pleasant and a sweet lady. The receptionists are extremely rude would not recommend at all! They fail to inform you about charges and do not send text or call reminders even when you ask them to do so. Overall, very unprofessional and horrible staff.
