Front desk assistant is a white lady who is super unprofessional and extremely rude. I’ve actually decided to change my care team just so I don’t have to deal with her. They never answer the phone, and will have terrible excuses why it takes them 5+ days to get back to you. One time she said she didn’t have my number for my scheduled phone appointment, which you would think, they keep some sort of patient records. Truly unacceptable service.
Really nice doctor and staff. They are also kind and very knowledgeable
I have to put 1 star at least or it will not take the review, but this place and staff have been awful to deal with, terrible response times, processes, terrible customer service and tons of attitudes. Was stuck with them for a bit until I am able to change PCP, but they need a full makeover people wise.

All the bad reviews about Dr. Trang Jaqueline D Nguyen on Yelp are absolutely true! The staff is the rudest I've ever experienced. A woman, named Ashley Kleefman, who claims to be "medical assistant and office manager", told me I was talking "nonsense" when I asked her why she didn't call me back as she promised two days ago.
