Dr. Nguyen Tran assisted with my first pregnancy four years ago. Because of an underlying medical condition, I was considered high risk, which caused significant anxiety throughout my pregnancy. I finally feel like I can share my story regarding my experience with Dr. Nguyen-Tran. I honestly do not know how she has almost 5 star ratings. Maybe there’s others like me who were reluctant to discuss their experience. My review will be very long bc I want to warn other women or first time moms of this doctor. At first, Dr. Nguyen appeared very nice and concerned but as visits went on she became dismissive, condescending, and out right rude. Recently had my 2nd baby via C-Section and Dr.Nguyen-Tran has been the best! She also delivered my first. She’s very sweet and always available when I have any questions or concerns. Only thing is, front desk woman is nowhere near welcoming or friendly. Not once have I came in for an appointment and she was nice when checking people in the 3 years I’ve been coming to the office. She’s just a grump. However, the rest of the staff is very sweet and always smiling when I come.
