Absolutely deplorable customer service. Their phone number is on private and because my phone automatically blocks private numbers I always miss their calls when I do Web check-in. This is the SECOND time this has happened. All I get is a, "Sorry and call us every now and again to see where you are in line." I am sick.... why would I call you multiple times when I want to rest.
