My visit with her was not helpful. Do not recommend this ENT.
Correct diagnosis, wrong treatment. She prescribed an anti fungal ear drop for a condition that was supposed to be treated with steroids (eczema of the ear canal). Of course it did not work. When I brought it up to her, she just shrugged. Had to see another ENT to get the right medication.
I love Dr. Nguyen! I went to her because of enlarged lymph nodes on my neck and a sore spot in my throat which I worried might have to do with the lymph nodes. She is so knowledgeable, thorough, nice, and patient. She carefully read all the reports I brought with me - I didn't expect her to read all of them but she did. She explained things in details and she examined me carefully. She made me feel really relieved and in good hands. I highly recommend her!
I had badly nosebleed and call Dr. Nguyen in Saturday afternoon. She came to office and cauterized my nose to stop bleeding. She is the one to return my urgent calls. I really thank her for what all she did.
