I was referred here by my neuro ophthalmologist. Dr Nguyen told me I needed to take a drug called Pyridostigmine - I have taken it twice before and experienced incessant vomiting and diarrhea for days so I told her I wouldn’t take it and she refused to give me a safer alternative. Next thing I know Dr Nguyens office is calling to deny me as a patient and then my neuro opthalmologist did too. new patient here so doctor Tai is good so far but his staff is a joke! can't even handle faxing over a referral over 2 weeks period! very incompetent staff!!!!!!!had to call like 4-5 times! and ended up having to have it fax to me so I can fax it over to another doctor office--RIDICULOUS!
Dr. Nguyen is an amazing doctor, I’ve been with him for about 10 years now and he knows his stuff and takes care of you, and makes you feel like family!!
