Dr Tai is a great doctor however I don’t think his wife is. She made me wait in the room while she goes take care of another patient for 10 mins. She came back to the room and forgot about my medical information. Additionally the lady in the front desk, Donna is super rude
Doctor Tai is a good doctor, but the front staff is horrible. I’ve been calling about my mom’s paperwork, and the medical supply company has also been calling them for the fax for the past 3 weeks. They kept saying they never received it. A week before, when I called, I told them the medical supply company already faxed it. They told me to call back in the afternoon so they could check. I was referred here by my neuro ophthalmologist. Dr Nguyen told me I needed to take a drug called Pyridostigmine - I have taken it twice before and experienced incessant vomiting and diarrhea for days so I told her I wouldn’t take it and she refused to give me a safer alternative. Next thing I know Dr Nguyens office is calling to deny me as a patient and then my neuro opthalmologist did too. new patient here so doctor Tai is good so far but his staff is a joke! can't even handle faxing over a referral over 2 weeks period! very incompetent staff!!!!!!!had to call like 4-5 times! and ended up having to have it fax to me so I can fax it over to another doctor office--RIDICULOUS!
Dr. Nguyen is an amazing doctor, I’ve been with him for about 10 years now and he knows his stuff and takes care of you, and makes you feel like family!!
