They are decent but can be very inconsiderate of time. I waited 1.5 hrs for blood pressure and paper work. None of which I received. No fw up no nothing, just wasted gas time, and time away from a Nicu baby.
Very professional, easy to talk to, relatable, punctual, and respectful. When something comes up out of her control, she communicate immediately!!! I love it...
