Disgusting, disrespectful Doctor, I don't know how she became a doctor. She lacks empathy and ethics being a doctor. She used to treat patients with respect and open arms but, as you get comfortable she becomes a snake. She only cares about money and not the patients. When asking for a PRESCRIPTION on THE PHONE CALL she still CHARGES money for asking for the medicine. I have to pay cash for the asking and for the pills too. Great Doctor, Always fast and responsive!
Very competent doctor.
Our family are long time patients of Dr Nguyen. Some of her staff are rude and not helpful. Ms Thanh has been there for several years. My impression about her is she does not have a kind heart for the sick patients and always tries to give you a hard time. I'm taking care of a old, immobile mother who fell and needed an emergency surgery for her fractured arm. Her surgery required a blood work, EKG and clearance from Dr Nguyen as a protocol.
