Office is so disorganized and busy so Prior Authorizations take forever and you have to call and follow up since insurance never gets anything from the office. Multiple attempted calls and busy signals half of the time at this office. They are money hungry and only want to book as money patients as possible and disregard following up with less profitable appointments or processes.
Disgusting, disrespectful Doctor, I don't know how she became a doctor. She lacks empathy and ethics being a doctor. She used to treat patients with respect and open arms but, as you get comfortable she becomes a snake. She only cares about money and not the patients. When asking for a PRESCRIPTION on THE PHONE CALL she still CHARGES money for asking for the medicine. I have to pay cash for the asking and for the pills too.
