This is a recollection of past experiences, prior to after COVID that have made her office intolerable. She requires COVID tests, whether or not you have had symptoms, and by the time you wait for your COVID test- you might as well go find another doctor for a walk-in. She is absolutely entitled and degrading, just as well as her front office which shares that attitude. Whatever reviews are written, they are absolutely correct. Find another doctor as your primary care, because you will be much better off.

All the reviews are absolutely right. Doctor Tramy Nguyen has no sympathy or empathy with her patients and the staff shares those qualities. The entire appointment requires a PCR covid test regardless of symptoms or not, so don’t expect any actual help and a wait time of two more days just to receive your PCR test first. By the time that you have your PCR results, might as well just treat yourself. Making an appointment is easy, but getting to actually see the doctor is harder than going through the ER process at this point.... read more

Horrible and unprofessional front desk staff. I wanted to make appointment for my son instead of making appointment they refused me and asking for COVID-19 testing. My son does not had single symptom of COVID-19. I received a call from them and said tomorrow is your Daughter appointment. i said them make sure. They said of course confirmed. When I visited the next day doctor office Again they refused me for my Daughter doctor appointment too. They are good for time waisting...
