I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nguyen. From the very first visit, she was patient, attentive, and incredibly thorough in helping us identify the allergies affecting my child. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Réceptionniste pas du tout agréable ni au téléphone ni à l'accueil. Son comportement n'est pas du tout professionnelle. Restez chez vous madame si vous n'aimez pas votre travail ou changez de job.
It was much faster to get an appointment with Dre Nguyen than waiting for the public system. Originally the clinic was booking 3 months out, but when asked to be added to the cancelation list an appointment was given in weeks. The only complaint is there was never any follow up on son's blood tests results after 3.5 months. Even with a call to inquire about results no return call was given.
Dr Nguyen helped identify my allergy and made clear suggestions about epipens. She is super patient, fluent in English and French, and very nice. She answered any questions I had.
