I’ve been calling for to make an appointment for my mom. I called numerous of times and it’s going mail and yes I’ve tried all extensions and left messages for different people and it’s been a week already no have returned my call. I just called again a few mins ago and now the VM is full.

Don't try calling to make an appointment! They never answer! The mail box is always full. Also don't ever try to leave a message! It's a waist of time because they Never call u back.
