Dr Nguyen is rude and short tempered. When ever I have a question he just tells me to find another provider if I don't like his answer. United healthcare is having issues with Renown. Dr Nguyen still has not referred me a new specialist that will work with my insurance, after multiple request. I have been approved for three MRI's but all were cancelled last minute for insufficient information.
