Giving a bad review for the reason telling the person needing referral and won't fax it without a request. This is the first office that is giving an issue about it.
Helpful, takes her time. Good bedside manner. Update: After three to four ...feels like five attempts reaching their office, I see I'll never get the meds. I see why I didn't come back before. Staff at the front is nice.
Dr. Kim's office has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I've been a patient of hers for years.
