First time here, My sister saw doctor Nguyen Hoal Hghia for a family doctor. The doctor was nice and joked around, very connected it seemed. So she will see how things go with him. And we inly waited for 5 mins in the waiting room.
First doctors office that I have been to that refused to allow a service animal. This is against the law, but they still did it. I will never come here again.
My appointment was at 3. Was asked to come in at 2:45. I came in at 2:30 just to be safe. I did not get called back until 3:40 Mind you I had to leave work early for this appointment and I work over a hour from here. I am solely giving it 4 stars because the nurse Sherri I believe was her name was so nice. She is probably one of the most patient and nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I didn’t leave until 4:40.
I have been seeing Dr Nnghia for over 15 years. He has never steered me wrong.
He's been my PCP for around 14 years. He's knowledgeable, considerate, and funny!
