I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. It is absolutely such a waste of time, the only good thing about this place is the reception lady is so kind, though the other workers.. Gosh. “Dr.” Frank is constantly yelling at patients AND his own coworkers. He will take 2 or even more hours just to complete a simple task like changing rubber bands, i have once been there in a rush and ended up coming out 3 hours after. Dr. Frank is a great orthodontist who truly cares for his patients and takes his time to make sure he's doing quality work. He's always gone above and beyond to make sure my teeth came out well, and they have. He is a kind and passionate orthodontist with years of experience, and I'm confident the one star reviews are from disgruntled patients or parents who have messed up themselves and need to make themselves feel better by blaming it on someone else.
This place keeps getting in more fake 5 Star Reviews than 1 Star Reviews. Don't believe it, it's fake, and intended deceive you! They are hypocritical, and notorious for making the patient feel bad about themselves- and this is a form manipulation and gaslighting. All they want really, is your money. Period.
Dr. Frank is a passionate orthodontist with years of experience. He stands behind his work and actually cares about his patients. Could not be happier with how my teeth turned out after. His staff is friendly, reliable and accommodating and has always made sure I could be seen whenever I had issues. I would highly recommend Dr.Frank and team to anyone looking for braces.
Purposely messes up, careless, ignores and blames on patients even though at fault for mistakes to encourage patients to come back to get the problems fixed and cost patients even more money- cheating.
