He is overbooked/overworked. He does not give adequate attention to the patient. He forgets everything about me and I have to go over it all again with him every time. It's like he suffers from some kind of memory deficit. His staff speaks English as a second language and sometimes can't understand simple English when spoken over the phone. They don't do their due diligence toward the patient. I've had it with this level of incompetence. I only went to him because I am on a limited income.
