I am a nurse that requests medical information for my clients on an as needed basis. THIS DOCTOR DOES NOT RESPOND OR COMPLY WITH REPEATED REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION. The office consistently turns off their fax machine and you can NEVER get important information that is needed. This doctor may be a good doctor but he does not respond when my clients need information from him. I highly suggest that if you ever need medical records from Dr. don't go here.
