Dr. Nguyen is the best. However I had a horrible experience with the two receptionists today I put down my mask below my nose I know that’s wrong but I couldn’t breathe and I put it up immediately after they told me to but they embarrassed me and they said it’s so rude & loud even after putting my mask up they kept telling me that it’s the law I know what the law is but I had to take a breath for I have asthma & the weather isn’t helping I even apologized to them but they wouldn’t leave it alone so we left and I will never g... read more
Called today 05/21, was told next available appt is in July.
My husband has nasopharyngeal ca and Dr B Nguyen has been a tremendous doctor and supporter from the first visit . We felt very comfortable with him going thru all these stressful situation facing this disease . We highly recommend him !!! The staff are awesome !!!
Last January this doctor saved my husband's life. Dr. Nguyen was the only ENT that would touch my husband after a mishap from an anesthesiologist during a prior surgery. If Dr Nguyen hadn't cleared his airway of mucus plugs ( my husband has had a total laringectomy), he would have died. He is the best.
Pleasant. The doctor was very thorough. Great bedside manner. Staff were very friendly. Spent time answering all my questions.
