Amy takes time off and has ignored my mom with Diabetes and she only visits the clinic twice in a month. This August we tried to call insurance to see why they haven't covered her insulin and they told us it's because the haven't received anything from Amy Nguyen. She was even told that if she wants another doctor, Amy has to approve it. What kind of quality care is that. More like professional neglect.
