Thuy provided me with excellent service. I had a bunch of issues with my taxes but she helped me out quickly and efficiently. She replied to all my emails on time and was very friendly along the way.
This CPA group consistently delivers exceptional service, always meeting deadlines with precision. Thuy exemplifies professionalism and goes above and beyond to assist clients. If you are in need of a CPA, I highly recommend giving Nguyen Accounting a try; you will undoubtedly be impressed with their services.
I’ve had the worst experience with Thuy despite the fact that she charged me almost $800 to file my 2021 taxes. Not to mention, I was billed over $200 in fees from the IRS because SHE filed late. Finally, as previous reviews have mentioned…neither she NOR her staff respond to emails—which frankly, I should be impressed that she managed to find an equally unprofessional and graceless staff (including Nawanan & Elena) to perfectly emulate her poor work ethic. To say the least, I do not recommend her or her services.
