Excelled where it really mattered. I had a tenant leave with rental arrears, and left all there stuff. No notice, they just disappeared. Liz was brilliant and would regularly check on the premises so there was a presence at the property due to being vacant. Liz was great at communicating what was needed form both a legal sense and to get the property back up to standard. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Both Laney and Cassandra were so helpful throughout the entire process. Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend We recently purchased our first home through NGU and unfortunately, our experience was far from positive. While our initial interaction with Corey was professional and informative, the process quickly became frustrating.
