Absolutely horrible!!! The front desk workers are rude and treat you like you’ve done something wrong if you don’t have insurance. It’s really bad that these are the people the public turn to when you’re not feeling good and get treated like crap! Definitely won’t be back.
Dr Arata is the most caring, and patient doctor I have ever met. He has helped me so much with my child when his pediatrician just did not care. We are so thankful for his care at this office
Came here with my visibly sick 6 year old on the day before Christmas Eve. Upon arriving there was a few people already waiting ahead of me. While waiting , many people mostly ADULTS came in after me to get checked in most of them looked perfectly fine. After about an hour most of the people that were waiting before me and ALL the people that checked in after me had already got seen and left. I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. I arrived immediately after being bitten by a dog and waited over three hours to be seen. When the doctor finally came in, she spent no more than a minute with me. She did not clean the wound and instead opened it further, told me I would need stitches, and then said she was uncomfortable performing them herself (this is a MD, btw).
