I tried to make an appointment over the phone and the lady was rude and had a short temper with me. She didn't have the patience to answer my questions and when she did she talked down to me like I was unintelligent. Then another time went in person and same thing. I didn't make an appointment because I dont think people should be treated like that.
This place is amazing!! I love Dr. Stroud!! Her nurse Erin is wonderful!! Dr. Patel and Dr. Juanita were also great when they were there. Sirena, that does the plebotomy for the kids is amazing!! My baby didn't even cry when she got her finger pricked to collect blood. The two ladies that work at the front are sweet, knowledgeable, and proficient. And the other medical assistants and nurses are wonderful as well! 10/10
I can’t say enough great things about NGPG Pediatrics! The entire office staff is always kind, welcoming, and efficient, making every visit smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Courtney and Dawn for taking such amazing care of my kids—they go above and beyond to make sure we feel heard, supported, and well cared for.
