My kids have been going here for years never had a problem until the last few months. Now it's almost impossible to get an appointment and they want to refer you to urgent care. The point of me calling my child's pediatrician's office is because I want them to see a pediatrician NOT urgent care. Also the lady that answered the phone was rude.

I tried to make an appointment over the phone and the lady was rude and had a short temper with me. She didn't have the patience to answer my questions and when she did she talked down to me like I was unintelligent. Then another time went in person and same thing. I didn't make an appointment because I dont think people should be treated like that.
