The Doctor we saw was wonderful! However, their receptionist was not. When I called to see if my daughter could be seen, I was told I had to come into the office to fill out the new patient forms before they would even put her on the schedule, which I thought was odd. All my daughter needed to be seen for was an ear infection. I wanted her to see a pediatrician, and not at an urgent care, because she had already had this ear infection for almost a month and had already been on 2 antibiotics. The doctor seems good and attentive. Front office staff however are short with you and seem to hate their job, they never answer the phone and never have appointments, you might as well have the urgent care as your child's Dr if they go here.
