Update! I attempted to contact that phone number and the supposed owners information below and that person on the phone said there’s no way to help me. So this is ridiculous. I cannot support a company that is going to steal money from people who can’t even afford to pay for a paper that we should not have to pay for in the first place. They know that these documents are required for school, and they are taking advantage of the families to charge them money to complete the document! They are impossible to get on the phone my son was seen there today and they were supposed to send his medication to the pharmacy and never did so I tried calling them and no one even bothered to pick up the phone.
Dr. William Nich gets 5 stars from my family and I! I take both my girls to see him and they absolutely love him. He has an excellent bedside manner and takes the time to answer all of our questions, even staying late one time, when we needed to be seen. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real doctor, caring and willing to go the extra mile to get you or your kids healthy and happy. Sincerely ~ Mommy & 2 kids
