If I could rate this place a zero I would. We drove almost 2 hours to an appt that we were told we’d have to pay cash for after confirming with the clinic that they take my daughter’s insurance. But we’d only have to pay $50 today and could billed the rest as self pay. Whatever they do in the back When I asked why when I confirmed with them that they take my insurance, was I told yes, she then proceeded to tell me, “so sorry love, the scheduling appointment sucks at communication.” Unacceptable!

Update! I attempted to contact that phone number and the supposed owners information below and that person on the phone said there’s no way to help me. So this is ridiculous. I cannot support a company that is going to steal money from people who can’t even afford to pay for a paper that we should not have to pay for in the first place. They know that these documents are required for school, and they are taking advantage of the families to charge them money to complete the document!
