She was late seeing me (15) minutes. Spent little time with me and did not listen when I told her my symptoms. Only 6 referred. I have fibermaysia as well as other conditions. She did nothing.
I’ve seen this doctor just a handful of times and have not been impressed with her bedside manner at all. I feel like she just reads through a list of general questions and notes the file and moves on with her day. My last visit was on November 18, 2025 and I expressed my concerns about a lot of the symptoms that I’ve been having over the past year that have not gotten better with her care. 9/23/2025 - I’m completely at my wit’s end with Dr. Wilkins. She consistently does what she wants instead of addressing her patients’ needs. I submitted a simple refill request through MyChart and very clearly asked for a 30-day supply. She ignored my request and only prescribed a fraction of it. To make matters worse, she delayed and dismissed my request for over a week, leaving me without a medication I rely on daily. This is unacceptable. I’m beyond frustrated with her, her staff, and the Mercy call center reps.
She generally just doesn't listen to me at all and cares even less to help. I don't know if she's like that to everyone but I'm getting my hematology referral and switching asap.
No bed side manners at all! Doesn’t listen to you, when she does it is very Judgmental . She raised her voice at me in the patient room, a nurse heard her and reported her without me asking her to. My next appointment the management wanted to speak with me about the incident. They said that the way she spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
