I went to Ngozi on 3/22/2025 as a new customer. I made a 6am appointment and when I arrived I was quickly greeted and seated. She had braiders ready to start. The environment was very clean and inviting. They were very gentle when braiding my hair. They keep you facing the mirror at all times so you can see. My braids are nice and neat. I will be using them again because they are very close to my home. Went in at 6am and left about 10:30 am. That is very good timing for a braid shop. I got smedium knotless braids.

They do Amazing work, they’re professional and on time, it took them no time to do my hair and I’m 110% satisfied with it, plus they’re very nice, I will definitely be back

Absolutely LOVED my first experience at Ngozi shop. I had the pleasure of having my hair treated by Claudine & Ngozi. Let me say the worked fast and my knotless plaits are very neat. 2wks later and they still look GOOD!!! I think I found my forever stylist.

I have had my hair braided here for the third time now, and I remain thoroughly satisfied. Each of the three occasions has resulted in flawless styling. The establishment maintains a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff members exhibit professionalism. Additionally, the environment is welcoming for children. I particularly appreciate the selection of clean and uplifting music and videos that are played during my visit.
