If I could, I would give Sarah a 10 star review! After hearing about Sarah @ Ngoc Nga for years from random girls I finally paid her a visit! I have been waiting 3 years for my hair to be all virgin again so I could finally get it coloured. I paid the salon a visit during my break from work just to check it out. Love this place, I’ve been going here for the last 15 years. When I lived in Vancouver and now in surrey. I will still travel to see Sarah. She’s the only person that I will trust when it comes to cutting or dyeing my hair.

Had the worse haircut here, older lady (50s) in the far left corner took off way too much hair and was super unprofessional. I was clearly distressed and warning her not to cut off so much but she still did it. Made the appointment via phone and when I walked in the lady snatched me into her seat without knowing what I even booked for. There was no receptionist / salon manager at all to assist. I would not recommend to book here, unless you’re seeing a recommend specific stylist.
