My primary care physician at Houston Methodist family care recently mmoved to the medical center for a new assignment. I decided to try the nurse practitioner, Ngoc Nguyen, at the Bellaire office. I don’t understand the negative reviews. I went today and I had a really good experience with NP Nguyen
Just got off the phone with an employee about a refill on asthma meds I have been told my entire life I will need my entire life. I need a refill informed them I don't have money for a appointment she replied with "it doesn't seem that urgent if you aren't making an appointment" after I stated that I am waking up suffocating at night and hung up on my face. I do not recommend this place because they have a very strange and bad policy. Just because I had to cancel the appointments only a few times, they ended up placing a permanent ban or block on me and will not allow me to make any more further appointments. They are refusing to see me. It's a cruel and selfish policy. The nurse Ngoc has declined to see me, at least that's what I was told. They should have warned us before we made any single appointment.
