Before visiting Dr. Ngo I read up on his reviews and found a lot of negative ones. I was disappointed to hear what the public had to say about him and I didn’t want to believe them but unfortunately they were all true. Upon my appointment with him he was dismissive of my symptoms, lacked bedside manner and talked over me when I tried to explain him my symptoms. Very professional as well excellent care provided to his patient.
Dr.Ngo is a professional. He was great, gentle and caring. He figured out what was happening with my issues quickly and gave me great directions on what the next steps were. Don't believe the negative reviews this man and his team are all dedicated professionals. Here I am with Dr. Ngo again with my daughters visit this time. Again Dr. Ngo and his team are incredibly caring and made my daughter feel comfortable for her procedure. I'm extremely impressed and very pleased with the outcome and glad he is my Daughters ENT.
My son had 35% hearing loss and Dr.NGO performed his surgery for tubes and adenoids. My son was just over two at the time and hardly speaking. He began talking full sentences within a month of the surgery and never needed repeat surgery. This man knows what he is doing. My son is 8 years old now and thriving. Thank you for giving my sons hearing back
Dr. Ngo was impolite and seemed upset at myself and my wife that my four-year-old daughter had been referred to him for inflamed adenoids. He kept saying he didn’t know why we came and I made it abundantly clear that our family physician referred us after an x-ray and that I am clearly, not a doctor so aside from the obvious, he should know why we were there.
