I GOT APPROVED TO HAVE A PROCEDURE DONE AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE IN HIS OFFICE. I BEEN CALLING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ABOUT A WEEK OR SO. EVERY TIME I CALL THE PHONE IS BUSY. ANY OTHER NUMBER BESIDES 661-949-5899?
Dr ngo helped me get pregnant and was so on top of everything every visit he treated me like if I was his family and always made sure I was happy and good and let me see and hear baby every visit
I would like to start off saying that Dr. Ngo is an excellent doctor. He is passionate, knowledgeable, reasonable, and funny. The only problem I have is with his horrible charge nurse and front desk. The charge nurse is the most ignorant person in the whole world who makes bad judgment calls and if you don't go directly to Dr. Ngo to get what you want, she will wreck havoc on you. His front desk personnel are not friendly, courteous, or helpful. They don't answer the phone in a timely manner.
The nurse staff was very nice i had a appointment with Dr.Berman but to my husband n i we didn't like him he was weird and not helpful i went in see if he would measure baby for accurate due date but literally gave me a quick 5 sec ultrasound n said my guess 14 weeks (which I'm not)i know how far along i am due to THE nice staff AT care net but honestly he should retire or have a better attitude he is dealing with hormonal women. Then i asked if HE could tell us the sex and he said he coul
When doing my c section he had found a window in my uterus and knowing I wanted to be able to have more kid he made so I was able to that I'm greatful for
His a really great Doctor he used to be in another office before in lancaster anyways I'm very happy his my OBG.
