Tried giving this place a chance a few times, but the customer service just isn’t it. Came in a couple times to talk about getting some work done on my truck. The sales rep barely acknowledged I was there — more focused on answering the phone than helping the actual customers standing in front of him. There were people waiting, and he wouldn’t even look up when folks walked in. Just ignored us completely. By far the best shop in the city, maybe the country. Took care of my truck properly after having problems with many of their wannabe competitors. Will never go anywhere else.
Great customer service, and they are the only ones i trust to mount a wide set of drag slicks and wheels with no issues. Definitly the go too spot, Very pleased.
