I went in to see Dr. L. Dingler while visiting my parents from out of state he had been my PCP about 10 years ago. He wasn't available so they scheduled me with PA Culpepper I told him that my luggage had been lost tried showing him the email from AA that they had not found it. Every time we go up there, there is always an issue. Then this time they told us they no longer except our insurance. No notice, nothing. Every time something changes there is no notice, nothing. The front check-in ladies that are usually there are rude, very rude. I am actually kinda glad because there are only like maybe 4 people in the entire office that we like so it makes it a lot easier to find another family practice.
I have lived in Nocona since 2018. I have been seen by every doctor and P.A. at the clinic at one time or another. I have to say I've always been happy with the treatment I've received even when I didn't get my issue resolved the first time. I have never once been treated unprofessionally or spoke to in a rude tone of voice. Ambulance attendees have been the best even when I've had to call several days in a row from falls.
