The Doctors, nurses and front desk are awesome. Nocona is so fortunate to have such a caring group of medical professionals!
I have been coming here since I moved, but these last 2 years have been garbage. Went yesterday, and they were going to call in a script. Here we are the next day, no script, they have none to be called in for me, . This place is a den of thieves that only want your money and do not care about your health. I highly advise driving to a big city to see a Dr.
Front desk staff is very rude, they were actively talking bad about me like everyone in the room couldn't hear them, very unprofessional, and they need to take notice of hippa, my appointment was at 1030 thru made me wait until after 11 while taking people straight back who came in the door, then when I say something they say I'm being aggressive, like I'm not allowed to say anything, poor help
They all know me. They are kind and pleasant. They go out of their way and Dr Erica Patton is kind and very knowledgeable.
First of all, would definitely be 5 stars with a receptionist change! Have seen 3 different doctors here and loved all of them!! They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! However, the older lady that works the front desk is the problem, she is rude, unprofessional, and treats you as if she is better than you and she can not admit to making mistakes! Still trying to decide if I want to give them another chance and deal with the incompetent and rude receptionist again...
