FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! Never received the product ordered through their online store. Have called multiple times and only managed to get through twice. Both times promised a call back immediately, but never heard from them again. Will have to reclaim money through bank. DO NOT USE.
NGD plumbing and heating also known as bathroom trend. Terrible customer service. If I could give minus stars I would. Charged for items not ordered. Wrong items and wrong replacement items delivered. Items were paid for but not ordered by ngd. Nothing arrived by the start date. The plumbers were waiting around for items for 4 days. Had to extend the skip. All extra costs. NGD didn’t seem to care. Finally arranged a refund but he kept promising me the money then only part repaid, still waiting for the rest. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! This business is a scam. Like another reviewer, I ordered products via their website but never received, I have phoned multiple times and told me they would get them sent the next day.. guess what, never arrived. Months later I'm asking for my money back, and now no response at all to multiple emails. This is clearly a common practice for them.
