Shitty school. Shitty clinic. Don’t go here if you actually need help; they don’t care about you, they just want your money. Just go to Gainesville if you need medical and/physical help.
Decent. Everyone was very nice but it was a bit disorganized due to how many students they have. It’s better than urgent care
If you’re sick or hurt I recommend driving the half hour to see the Gainesville staff. They are much more personable and actually take the time to look and treat you. Since the Dahlonega health services is normally busier they rush the process a lot. They also tend to just be more rude on this campus. It’s not all their fault because they have a small staff and a large student population. If you drive just go to Gainesville or pay to go outside of UNG services.
All the staff was very friendly and kind. I was a walk-in and they got me in and out of office in about 30 minutes. They even sent me with a little care package of cough drops, tissues, and masks.
The woman at the front desk is rude and turned me, who had an appointment and another person complaining of chest pain away because she doesn’t know how to do her job. don’t go here unless it’s your only option.
