2 positive reviews for this business. I visited this business on a Saturday as I had tire issues. The mechanic diagnosed my problem (which was bad tire rods) and had me fixed up within 2 hours. On September 2, 2025 I again visited as I was having a rattling noise on my GMC. The diagnosis was a bad tensioner pully. The problem was resolved and I was good to go. The owner is very polite and respectful. A++++++ and I highly recommend this business for any vehicle work.
i had a great experience!! as a girl i’m sometimes scared to go into mechanic shops alone but The work was completed quickly and very professionally, i was treated with respect and transparency Thankfully the staff took the time to explain what was going on with my car and was very kind. If you’re looking for quality service, honest pricing, and people who genuinely care about your car, i 100% recommend!!
Stooped in for my a/c.. I thought it was the relay he insisted on it being the compressor. Dropped vehicle off it stayed 10hrs still not fixed he said new compressor was defective so I brought the vehicle back the next day another 10hr stay still not fixed tried to charge me 900$ for parts he said no labor but vehicle was not fixed! I ended up paying 500$ for vehicle that was not even remotely fixed. Why did he not put my old parts back on & let me go find someone that could fix the problem instead he charged 500$ for a 300$... read more
I'm definitely satisfied with the timely manner in which they fixed my Honda Civic, I am very grateful for the quality work they did as well. I'm from across the lake and was visiting my mom in Belle Chasse and I was referred by a previous customer. I started smelling coolant on my drive and my car never ran hot but when I got to the Ngc place it was clear I had a pin hole in my radiator and less than 3 hours later I was back driving my car again with new radiator,Thank you Gustavo Moreira, you are a great person
