Couldn't even get Neil to come out and quote... was tricky to nail a first appointment but persevered. Ended up organising a first meeting for a weekday afternoon but he was a no-show. Contacted him by text, assuring him that if he was too busy, we were happy to go elsewhere but he insisted on coming over the next day. Said he would call after he'd finished a job in Morley. Never called. Pretty poor service tbh. Feels like we dodged a bullet.
Top team, (especially the bald guy), did a beautiful job and left the house as clean as a whistle, would recommend NGB to anyone

They left with a mess forcing me to clean it and even after they wanted me to pay extra if I wanted them to clean it so disrespectful >:(
