I have been visiting Ngaya Wellness since 32 weeks pregnant and it’s easily the best thing I have done for myself during my pregnancy. Kim, Kalila & Betiana have all been amazing and I have recommended Ngaya to everyone who has asked how I’m going with my pregnancy. Easily the best massages I’ve ever had in Newcastle 🥰
Bettyana was amazing. She corrected me to ensure I was getting the most out of the class and completing them safely. The room was bright but cool and everything was provided. Loved it.
