Excellent service
This place welcomes with open arms. Everyone is pleasant and through. I have anxiety when it comes to appointments. This is one appointment I don't mind attending. Thanks Ms Lara and staff.
The staff were so kind. They explained everything as they did it and took time to repeat themselves patiently when asked.
The only complaint I had about my procedure was how long I was in the pre-op room. It was over an hour. Everyone was very nice, and I had no problems with the procedure.
I have had numerous outpatient procedures, but this surgery was the best experience yet. The check-in process took less than ten minutes, and the surgery staff was incredible. The entire process ran smoothly, like a well-oiled machine, and I was being released within a little over an hour. Granted, my procedure only lasted a few minutes, but this experience was seamless and efficient. All of the personnel comprise a dynamic patient-centered unit that provides excellent care.
