really want to get my procedure done at this place because of the reviews and the location but the staff is so unprofessional it’s almost unbelievable for it to be a drs office. My appointment was canceled the night before at 10p by text message saying that they did not receive a referral from my pcp but no one ever called to tell me that I needed a referral also my appointment was booked a month ago so to try and verify insurance so late is so crazy. My overall experience has been excellent. My knee pain is gone and I have not needed to take any pain medicine after having the GAE. All the staff has been great.
Worst experience of my life. They running this place like a automotive in and out. They stay crowded. Had surgery never spoke with the doctor one time. Prostate Surgery didn't work but a month. End up with Ed issues though. I advise you not to go waste your time.
Excellent service, friendly staff, I feel like I've known them my whole life.
