Worst experience with billing I’ve ever had. Been calling for 3 weeks trying to resolve my bill, for an operation over a year ago. I was finally able to get a hold of someone and set up automatic monthly payments. That lasted one month and they stopped taking the payment out. Started trying to get a hold of them again, for the last 2 weeks with no luck.
