Very bad and incompetent. My son had a wart on his palm. I took him to her. The first visit she recommended an injection which caused the wart to spread greatly. In the next visit she recommended dry freezing and applying salicylic acid. In each visit she just came in to do dry freeze without even being able to see my sons hand carefully. After six visit she recommended laser. At that point my son was so emotionally and physically hurt that I decided to take him to Dr. Brody. I am glad that I did that. Cold and uncaring. Made me hold my breath to take off my mask so she could see my skin despite mutual vaccination and she was double-masked and shielded. Spent 4 minutes with me and offered no new solutions.
You will have long wait times for the appt itself and while waiting in the office (lobby & exam room). That's not just with this doctor but with all office visits at the Cleveland clinic, because the staff does not check their arrivals in a timely manner (unless you are running late). D. Ng may appear knowledgeable but after a few visits, she proves to be a pharma corp sell out, pushing one Rx after the next even if there are no benefits or solutions for the patient. Dr Ng is incredibly helpful, kind, professional & understanding. Answers all your questions, interested in helping you with your needs. I Highly recommend Dr Ng for all your Derm needs. Staff is also professional, helpful, kind & patient.
Wonderful, caring doctor. She takes the time to listen to patient concerns and offers patients choices about their care. Personally took the time to call me about the results of the pre approval from my insurance company and about labs I had done. I can't recommend her enough!!
