I hired NG Garage Doors to repair my 80-year-old grandmother’s garage. He gave us a huge time window, then still showed up late. I later found out he charged her $4,000 for a minor repair — more than the cost of a brand-new door. I wasn’t present during the visit and only learned the details afterward. Horrible service gave a huge window 9-5 like an old cable TV company, showed up late after the 9-5 window!!!! Smelling of beer and alcohol. I ended up making him leave the premises
