From putting in a enquiry online, Nathan was very responsive and provided a very detailed and easy to understand quote using previous bills for recommending the right system (upgraded solar and battery). Took a little longer than expected to hear about back about the installation date but once the date was confirmed, was an easy process from there. Dane was fantastic on the sales side. He was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, informative and genuinely helpful.
