I ship machines often and this was a terrible experience- everything was done wrong from the beginning, wrong BOL, arrived to the destination a day early without notice (20 commercial machines ) not easy to get a crew on site with a few hours notice Was supposed to have a lift gate at delivery but arrived without it Caused us to rent a second truck with lift gate to off load The company (Dave Fussi) offered to pay for the truck because of thier mistake, we then found out they lied to both the sender and receiver so we got st... read more
I needed some equipment shipped after buying it at an Auction. I called everywhere and quotes were insane for 5 feet of space and 500 pounds! Ryan was friendly and helped me every step of the way. I had an issue with the appointment time at the Auction yard and Ryan helped me with that too. He kept me updated with where the shipment was and it's ETA. NFS Trucking gave me a way better deal than any other freight company and I got my equipment in time! They even did this over Memorial Day weekend! I highly recommend Ryan and t... read more
