Got a new tire there and they stripped my stud and lugnut and then proceeded to lie saying they didn't do it. After I got the new tire my pressure light turned on. I had to replace the stud and lugnuts myself because they wanted to charge me $150 to replace it even thought they damaged it.
I came to this place because my car system told me that my tire pressure was low and when I got here one of the gentlemen informed me that I needed new tires in the front. He made a very easy to get the tires replaced, and it was reasonably priced. He even spoke with my father over the phone to put me at ease, which was something he didn't have to do. I feel nervous when I'm in situations like this. So it made me feel joyful that he was able to put my mind at ease.
After having nonstop problems with my tire pressure monitor system after they worked on my car, Big O Tires informed me that whoever did the work on my vehicle did not do it properly which is why I kept having problems. Moving forward, I will not be coming back here nor would I trust them to work on your car!
